How long will it take to set up a company?

Once we have received all the necessary information, we prepare the documents within one to two business days and send them to you by e-mail. However, at the Norwegian Register Centre, these documents take much longer. The Norwegian Register Centre does not have a set deadline within which it undertakes to process the documents. This depends on the workload of the employees and the way in which the documents were submitted. Documents submitted electronically are processed much faster. It is not possible to find out the length of the queue, but you can always write to the Norwegian Register Centre by e-mail firmapost@brreg.no and find out how much time is left until your company is established.
